Tri Tip Steak
  • My favorite steak! The Tri Tip is a rare, extremely tender steak with no fat cap or marbeling. They come from the sirloin cap area, and there is only two per animal. They can be prepared a variety of ways, but my favorite is searing them in a cast iron, 2 min each side, then finishing them in the oven to a nice medium rare temp. Average 2-3lbs each.
