All beef from BRBC is born and raised on our farm. We choose only the highest quality, genetically sound cattle that will perform on the rail, providing the healthiest, palate pleasing products. The beef that is consumed through BRBC is raised with no antibiotics or added growth hormones and are fed a carefully curated diet to increase marbling and growth.
BRBC beef is single animal sourced and is hung in the coolers up to 14 days for maximum quality. We get our beef processed at two different local, state inspected facilities that we have great partnerships with. All of our product is vacuum sealed to preserve freshness. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about how our animals are raised, fed, or processed- just ask!
