One of my favorite go-to beef products! Dried beef, also known as chipped beef, is thinly sliced, smoked, salted and cured. It's commonly made from the round of the animal. It is mainly used for sandwiches, in recipes like dips, cream dried beef on toast, or even on a charcuterie board.
