Beef cooking tallow is now available made right from the same beef you are eating. 
 
We take the fat from around the kidney, pelvis and heart from each animal, and render it down into cooking tallow. This is a great substitute for processed oils and butter in some instances. It'a stable and saturated fat profile makes it ideal for deep-frying, roasting, and searing adding a rich, savory flavor to whatever you are cooking.
 
Available in a 3 oz stick or a 8 oz jar.
